Retro Racer 88 — Privacy Policy

Short version

Retro Racer 88 does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The game runs entirely on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no third-party trackers.

What we do not do

No personal information. The game never asks for your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifier.
No accounts. There is no sign-up, sign-in, or user profile.
No tracking. The App Tracking Transparency prompt is not shown because nothing is tracked.
No advertising. No ad SDKs are included in the app.
No analytics. No usage data, telemetry, or crash reports are transmitted to us or to any third party.
No network calls. The game does not connect to the internet during gameplay.

What is stored on your device

Retro Racer 88 stores game progress locally using the standard iOS local storage (WKWebView localStorage plus, where relevant, NSUserDefaults). This includes your high scores, unlocked achievements, daily challenge progress, currently selected car, and your volume, vibration, and language preferences. This data never leaves your device and is deleted automatically when you uninstall the app.

Sharing your score

When you tap the share button after a game, the app hands your chosen text off to the system share sheet. Whether that text is sent anywhere (for example to Messages, X/Twitter, WhatsApp) is entirely your decision and is handled by the app you pick from the share sheet, not by Retro Racer 88.

Children

Because no personal data is collected, stored on our servers, or transmitted anywhere, no parental consent is required for a child to use the game. The App Store age rating shown on the app listing is the authoritative source for the game's suitability by age.

Changes

If a future version of Retro Racer 88 ever changes its data-handling behavior — for example if a scoreboard or crash reporting is added — this page will be updated and the change will be described in the App Store release notes for that version.
