Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. There you can manage or cancel your Tage Ohne Premium subscription.
Open Tage Ohne > Profile > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted.
Make sure you are signed in (Profile > Sign In) and have an internet connection. Syncing happens automatically.
Relapses are part of the process. Tap "Reset" on your counter. Your previous progress is saved in the statistics.
